 The purpose:  to reach to the human mind different methods of equipping the self to become the best in what one can. This has been expressed in form of a story. Though the story is a work of fiction, the methods are real. An attempt to make the Himalayan mystics teachings applicable by all, within the  book, a movie or basically a story that heals and equips us to life, brings us closer to life as it proceeds.

Shandilya is a story, a fiction told with a purpose of enjoying a story as well as learning methods of communicating with the existence through thought and the medium of breath and to receive from the existence a state of invoking any quality in the consciousness.

The Story - Shandilya is a story of how a school which was slowly falling down in its performance in all areas of education, sports and other activities, overcomes all its problems through the incoming of a mysterious character called Shandilya, about how Shandilya helps them to become the best again, in the process teaching various methods of becoming very powerful, focussed and clear from within.

The imprint Shandilya leaves through his methods becomes the real foundation for the self to become available to life to express its evolution. This book is a must for all, especially youngsters and students for not only as an inspiration but also to learn different methods and experience an inner deep inquiry about the self and life.

The story from day one has been written with four things in mind

As a book, movie or a television series Shandilya has a unique potential of healing the viewer as the information is read, seen and experienced within him. This could be the world’s first movie, all most an experiential workshop happening in front of them as a movie or a book.

This could be the world’s first movie that can attempt a claim towards “Watch the movie and walk out healed”. Methods which are scientific and spiritual age old knowing is finely stitched into a form of a story to keep the mind involved as well as attaining its purpose of healing.

It understands “survival first” and takes the flow towards “happiness next”. 
It will inspire the young towards understanding the truth of life and encourage them to practice meditation.
It will make our coming generations transcend from fighting for survival to creating a beautiful reality for themselves.

Book:

·         We all like to read good stories. Stories that have a good flow that may have a message, a learning, that’s entertaining. Shandilya is all of them.

·         Shandilya is unique because it is almost like attending a workshop and learning different processes while reading an entertaining story. Its inner work through the book.

·         There are many books that teach us morals as a way to change people but almost no book that teaches process to make corrections within the self.

Movie:

·         Shandilya is designed for great screenplay.

·         Everyone likes movies. The primary area is entertainment and good story, which it is.

·         It is like a workshop in action in the middle of a story and entertainment. The processes taught are learnt to be used by the viewer in their everyday life

·         There is a possibility of designing the movie as the world first movie that can heal a viewer. “Come, watch and get healed”, a possibility unique.

·         Not everyone is interested to try meditation for wellness in life being trapped in a fight for survival. The movie can actually teach and even give an experience of the meditative state through its screenplay.

·         The appeal of the book is universal and has a potential to do well in many languages.

·         The story line and purpose has a potential international possibility.

Television series:

·         Television is a medium residing in every home. A television series does not have constraints of time, which is a must for a movie.

·         People are exposed to preaching and reading of ancient texts but not exposed to guided processes till date.

·         The reason guided process is not available till date is the idea of stitching it around a story wasn’t a reality. That makes Shandilya a huge possibility.

Translation to different Languages:

·         Appeal of Shandilya is universal and simple

·         Indian languages like Telugu, Bengali, Hindi, Tamil will have great potential of reach through translation.

·         This thought applies to the movie and television series as well.
